The children arrived at Sunny Heights - a daycare and hotel for dogs. They also have a Cat Safari where visitors are welcome to spend time with the many different types of felines. The children were split into two groups and took turns experiencing what Sunny Heights had to offer.
Welcome to the Cat Safari! According to Ms. Fiona, there is a total of around 20-30 cats in the safari.
The children were ecstatic to finally get a chance to spend precious time with these furry friends.
The children were curious to see some cats which were hiding in the different structures built in the room.
The children were then shown the area where the dogs go for a swim.
At that time, there were 14 dogs at the pool area.
The children were brimming with excitement and could not wait to pet the dogs at the pool area.
The children were thrilled to finally get the chance to pet the dogs.
Ms. Wye and Mr. Jester showed some of the children how to feed the dogs.
Mr. Jester demonstrated how to feed Bruno, a breed of Pomeranian. He reminded the children to let the dog sniff the treat and then let the dog eat off the palm of their hands.
Mr. Jester also introduced Dodo to the children.
